R&D
KSM has succeeded in localization of Fine Ceramics, which is widely used as Face material of Mechanical Seal, through its own research and development in 1992.
Silicon Carbide is initially developed based on the prior model of Reaction bonded SIC2 through two years of research and development. Moreover we have produced Self Sintered Silicon Carbide through continuous research and development. Based on these technologies, we developed high strength and toughness Silicon Nitride and Liquid Phase SiC that used Compressor Seal and export to many countries around the world.
