KSM values your personal information and abides privacy rights of personal information and regulations on personal information security which is stated in "Laws on Information and Communications Network Promotion" enacted by the Ministry of Information and Communications.

1) KSM's privacy policy informs members how their personal information is used and the means to secure the information.
2) KSM updates our privacy policy regularly. Policy amendments are done in specific manner and when our policy is amended, we make sure our members can easily be informed of the modifications.
3) KSM posts our privacy policy on KSM web site for easy accessibility.

Collection of Information

KSM provide a process of accepting our privacy policy terms by "Agree" and "Disagree" click buttons. By clicking "Agree" button, a person is assumed to have agreed to the KSM privacy policy terms.

1) KSM collects personal information for following reasons.
 - Conclusion of contract for service provision. (identification and verification)
 - Fulfillment of Service. (charge of bill and shipping & handling)
 - Announcement of new services, product, and/or events.
 - KSM will not collect any information that may infringe human rights.

Approval on Collecting Personal Information

KSM uses 'Cookie' to find and collect information about you. Cookie is a small amount of information that is send from a web page to your computer web browser. If you connect to KSM web pages, your computer will read contents in the Cookie and find additional information in your computer to provide services without additional log-in processes. Cookie can identify your computer but cannot identify the user. You have a selection of choosing usage of Cookies. You may choose to accept all of the Cookie information, selectively accept it, or accept none of the Cookie information.

Use and Disclosure of information to a Third Party.

1) KSM uses aggregated personal information only in the boundaries of terms stated in "Collection of Information," and will never in any case disclose any information to any other individual or other companies or institutions.
2) For enhanced service provision, KSM may share or provide personal information to its partners. Members will be informed of the partner companies and reasons for information sharing, and how the information will be managed. Detailed information on information sharing will be informed to the members via letter or e-mail, which members can either accept or reject. If a member chooses to reject the terms, the information will not be shared with the partners.

Perusal and Modifications of Personal Information

1) You have right to peruse or modify your personal information any time you wish. To do so, you may e-mail the person in charge or click "Personal Information Modification" button to modify it yourself.
2) When you request for rectification of personal information errors, we will not use any of the information until it is rectified.

Withdrawal of Approval on Collection, Usage, and Provision of Personal Information

1) You may withdraw your approval on collection, usage, and provision of your personal information any time you wish. This can be done by clicking "Withdraw Approval" button on KSM web page or by e-mailing your withdrawal intention to a person in charge.
2) KSM will provide process of withdrawing and secession of membership similar to the process of collecting personal information.

Usage terms and information holdings period.

1) Your information will be effaced when the following objectives have been fulfilled.
 - Provision of stable and smooth services.   
 - Completion of settlement of accounts   
 - Provision of enhanced services.
2) KSM have right to keep personal information up to 3months after member have decided to withdraw membership services in order to achieve above objectives. KSM may retain any of personal information with the consent of the corresponding person, and may retain any information necessary regarding commercial laws or other laws stated. 

Countermeasure for security of personal information

KSM constructed the following countermeasures to ensure security of personal information from loss, theft, leak, damage, and forgery.

1) Your personal information is protected by a password, and submitted files are locked and encoded for security purposes.
2) KSM utilizes vaccine programs to fight off computer viruses and protect from any damages done by them. Vaccines are periodically updated and some updates are immediately performed for abrupt virus appearance.
3) KSM uses encryption algorithms to ensure safe transmission of personal information through our network system.

Consignment of Personal Information

For better service and security, KSM may process your personal information by entrusting them to a specialized third company.

1) We will inform all of our members if KSM consigns any personal information to a third party.
2) When KSM consigns any of the personal information to a third party for processing reason, KSM will make sure to establish a regulation regarding non-disclosure of personal information and responsibilities in the case of an accidents. The contract will be made based on these regulations and it will be kept in a document and/or electronic form.

KSM is open to your suggestions and complaints involving security of personal information. Please submit to KSM if you have any complaints and we will file and process them as immediately and let you know the result ASAP.
