Our strict quality policy is operated in 3 steps;
Quality Plan, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control.
These steps contribute to enhance the quality of our
products. Our quality management system is built on
the basis of ISO 9001 policies and was customized and
improved to best suit our products. Our optimized quality
management system was approved by SSQA (Standardize
Supplier Quality Assurance) and recognized by being
selected to be official supplier for famous semi-conductor
makers.
 Quality Plan
By
establishing quality plans, we are able to identify
quality standards and stipulate for each of our products.
Quality system mentioned in our quality manual prescribes
resources and activities used for quality assurance.
All of our quality management methods are based on FTA,
FMEA, and statistical analysis which are known to be
trustworthy. These planning enable smooth and uninterrupted
operations of the factory. This is accomplished by intensive
analysis of predicted quality problems and using that
information to prevent any quality related errors.
Quality Assurance
During
process of quality management, we go through a thorough
inspection/examination/verification to ensure our product
meets the highest standards. These process is divided
to three parts (pre inspection, in-process inspection,
final inspection) to assure product quality.
Quality Control
Quality
control double checks the result of inspection/examination/verification
of our products. When unsatisfactory results are found,
we look for solutions to tackle the problem. When necessary,
we go back to FTA and FMEA analysis to find the root
of the problem. The result of our total quality management
system is evaluated by SPC and PQP quality management
methods.
Inspection
ㆍReceving Inspection
We inspect all of our raw materials as it is being unloaded
in the warehouse. To minimize imports of inferior goods
we operate management/inspection/training programs with
our partners.
ㆍIn-process
Inspection
Our in-process inspection allows
only qualified products to go through the next process.
This minimizes redundant costs and increases efficiency.
We adapt and operate autonomy inspection system, poke-yoke
system, and manual inspection system in our whole in-process
inspection phase.
