As we see in the illustration above, more industries are demanding higher phase mechanical seals; that is, demand for stable mechanical seals in high temperature and extreme velocity has increased. As a result, advanced design technology and precision manufacturing ability has come into demand for mechanical seal manufacturers.

In order to acquire high quality and advanced design technology, we adapted mechanical and thermal deformation design analysis technology using FEA. To ensure improved performance, we also developed our own application engineering program. Precise seal face lapping technology play a significant role in manufacturing optimal customized products.

Today, static/dynamic pressure non-contact type seals design analysis technology using combination of FE lubrication performance of compressible/incompressible fluid and dynamics are under development, as well as development of laser face processing technology based on this technology.
